EXHIBITIONS AND PRESS
In 2016, I started street photography with a desire to capture the beauty of Varanasi, India. It took me a while to find enough courage to publish my pictures online.
In 2017, I entered an international photo competition with the photography series from Varanasi, and I was delighted to win a photo contest under the specific aspect of “storytelling”.
The best pictures from the series were then exhibited at the “Contemporary Art Fair, Ruhr” in Essen, Germany. From this point, there has been no looking back; this has further spurred my participation in both national and international exhibitions since that point.
Indeed, the world is becoming a smaller place, but it is so easy to forget our cultural roots. It’s time to reconnect, appreciate, and preserve our heritage, our culture, and values.
Through my work, I wish to promote the inter-cultural exchange of our values and beliefs. Follow me on this journey of exploring century-old traditions and rewards.
